It's difficult to know where to start when beginning a fitness journey, you want to feel confident that you're taking the right steps and you don't want to waste anymore time. Which is why I will be there to guide you through the the process. I will set you up for success.
I'll be there to give nutritional guidance, teach you how to perform exercises correctly, push you to work your hardest and motivate you to keep on track and keep your goals in mind, whatever they are.
ABOUT ME
I'm Lauren, I'm a qualified level 3 personal trainer based in Sherborne.
I understand the difficulties that come with trying to make lifestyle changes as I have made them myself. I now look forward to helping other people achieve their fitness goals.
I don't believe in overnight temporary fixes because they are unsustainable and won't give you the long term results you desire. Instead I strive to help you create achievable and lasting change in your life.
I personally really enjoy trying to push myself in all the activities I do, whether lifting in the gym, sprinting or playing badminton. I also absolutely love Ice skating and rollerblading but don't get the opportunity to work on those quite as often.
I believe that making your path to a fitter future as enjoyable as possible is one of the keys to success, which I why I try to cater my sessions to your preferences.

With 1 to 1 personal training you will get my full attention for 60 minutes during which I will work you through workouts specifically designed for your goals. I will also provide you with guidance in regards to dietary advice (including your calorie requirement) and lifestyle changes.

PERSONALIZED 8-WEEK MEAL PLANS
Getting into the right habits nutritionally can be just as hard as working out.
Which is why i've come up with a healthy yet delicious 8 week meal plan catered to your individual nutritional needs to take away the headache when thinking about what to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My meal plans are designed to keep you full throughout the day, fueling your body with what it needs to train hard and achieve your goals.
The meal plan will include a meal prep type meal plan, specific to your nutritional needs(calorie & protein requirements) for 3 meals a day, for 8 weeks. This meal prep style plan is layed out to help you to keep your diet as varied as possible whilst also minimizing time in the kitchen, by cooking in large batches and freezing meals. Meal prepping makes eating healthy accessible to anyone.
8 shopping lists and a recipe book will also be included. All of the above will be sent to you in the form of a PDF.

WHERE WE TRAIN?
We train within Sherborne Sports centre. Which I have chosen for it's wide array of High spec equipment, which will be able to see you through the various stages of your fitness journey
We do also offer park and at at home training sessions as an option if preferred. Equipment can be provided for either and park sessions will only be available through spring/summer when the weather allows.
To train in Sherborne Sports Centre with me, you will need to be a member (or pay an extra £5 per session).
A membership with them will allow you to access the gym with me as well as independently.
This gym has wonderful team sport facilities which are a great way
of integrating more activity into your day to day, which is a great way to top up your PT sessions .
